Job Description Responsibilities may include: Supporting the implementation of specific customer requirements regarding quality processes (inspection and test plans) Monitoring quality performance indicators and analysing data statistically Contributing to systematic problem solving (root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable improvements) Supporting in dealing with nonconforming products from suppliers and tracking of appropriate improvement activities Administration and simplification of our document management and knowledge base systems Collaborating with other departments and locations in the UK as well as in Europe Carrying out a small project that helps to improve quality of products and services
