What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the successful promotion of the existing Director of Maths, The Brian Clarke CE Academy is looking to appoint an experienced, strategic, and creative leader and manager to work with the Headteacher and founding team of staff to support the leadership of our new 11-16 Church of England comprehensive school.
As Director of Maths you would be leading a highly motivated team of teachers including a Second in Department. Our Maths curriculum has been designed to ensure depth of understanding for all students and our team work collaboratively with a focus onthe latest pedagogical ideas and methods.

We are recruiting to add to our founding group of exceptional staff in order to achieve our vision and work together to create a genuinely outstanding school. As Director of Maths you will shape the totality of the Brian Clarke experience for our young people as they move into KS4.
