Flexible People are seeking a sales support assistant to join one of our prestigious clients in Atherton. This position is full time Monday-Friday. The times are 0800am-1600pm and then 0900am-1700pm the following week on a rotating pattern. This is a 36.25 hour paid week. The hourly pay rate is £14.32 P/Hour, paid weekly. The candidate will collaborate closely with the director, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on key initiatives. By working together, they will contribute to the development and execution of strategic goals, offering support and insights to drive the success of projects. Key Responsibilities - Chasing and processing of weekly sales figures each week to send to the director. - Inputting weekly sales figures into a spreadsheet to create monthly figures, year to date figures etc. - Creating monthly KPI Reports to send to key accounts - Creating reports to be presented at BDMs reviews and 1-2-1s - Creating power point presentations for the Quarterly Sales Meetings alongside monthly sales figures. - Ordering flowers, vouchers, buffet items etc for meetings - Booking conference rooms, venues, travel etc. ? Creating and sending contracts and terms of conditions for key accounts on behalf of the director - Creating and sending quotations for key accounts on behalf of the director - Completing and submitting tenders to bring in new business - Completing manual claims for the BDMs on a monthly basis - Calculating and completing commission statements for BDMs on a monthly basis - Completing expenses on behalf of the Director - Ordering stationary for the business on a weekly basis - Creating Blitz Pack literature for the BDMs on a quarterly basis - Creating leaflets and marketing materials - Gather information and create a Quarterly Newsletter to be sent to the Washroom Division ? General administration work - Keep key accounts price lists up to date as well as the pricing guidelines for the BDMs bandings ? Ordering of Logo Mats for the whole washroom division customer database Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to create, edit, and present professional documents and presentations. Experienced in using Microsoft PowerPoint to design compelling presentations that effectively communicate key ideas and data to stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Adept at leveraging Microsoft tools to track sales performance, analyze customer data, and streamline communication within the sales and service teams.
