We’re looking to speak with a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our client on a 6-month contract.
The successful candidate will be part of our client’s dedicated ER Team, providing expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a full range of ER casework, including disciplinary hearings, grievances and performance improvement plans.
2. Provide accurate and timely advice on complex ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
3. Develop and implement effective ER policies and procedures.
4. Deliver training and awareness sessions on ER topics to managers and employees.
5. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
6. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and employee engagement, to ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in ER management, ideally within a complex organisation.
2. Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
Additional Information
1. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in our client’s office (Liverpool).
