About the Role
Are you passionate about promoting books that inspire young minds? We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to champion our range of children’s fiction and non-fiction. This is a permanent position in our trade and consumer marketing team.
Role Overview:
As part of our Children’s and Home Learning marketing team, you'll drive the marketing initiatives for our front and backlist fiction as well as a range of non-fiction and reading resources for ages 5+. Based in Oxford, you'll work from the office 2 days a week, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authors, agents, and marketing/PR agencies.

Essential:
10. Previous marketing experience in an education or trade publisher
11. Ability to interrogate customer and marketing data and generate insights
12. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills
13. Innovative and creative
14. Experience of managing a budget
15. Ability to prioritise a heavy workload with maximum attention to detail
16. Good presentation skills
17. Experience of managing projects
Desirable:
18. Previous experience marketing to consumers, specifically booksellers and parents
19. Knowledge of the trade and consumer market
