3-4 days a week in office in Manchester
Required Experience and Skills: (If you do not have all these points below we are sorry but you will not be contacted due to the time constraint)
* Proven Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully, particularly in large-scale programmes.
* Contact Centre Knowledge: Familiarity with Contact Centre technologies, including Natural Language Call Steering, Call Recording, Work Force Management, Call Transcription, Call Alerting, and Surveys.
* Government Experience: Previous experience working within government environments is advantageous.
* Flexible Methodology Adaptation: Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs (not necessarily an agile evangelist).
* Strong Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead teams effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery phase of a major Contact Centre Modernisation Programme. This role will focus on managing the transition from Discovery to Alpha phase and ensuring the successful execution of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Deliver agreed outcomes from projects using appropriate management techniques, ensuring alignment with overall programme goals.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
* Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.
