Our client was established in 1995 to provide a dedicated, superior quality global POS Installation (Point of Sale) and Retail maintenance service.
They have built a reputation for efficiency and dependability across their range of in-store services and due to client demand, expanded their work into the full mix of retail solutions and field marketing services across the globe.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Account Delivery Manager. You will assist in the planning, organising, securing and managing of resources to achieve the successful completion of a specific project’s goals and objectives. You will deliver excellent service and provide support to the Account Delivery Manager and Business Unit Director as and when required to help collectively achieve the goals and objectives of all project service level agreements.

2. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle with excellent analytical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
4. Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, PPT and Excel.
5. Ability to work on your own initiative, follow instructions and be part of a team.
What will your role look like?
1. Provide appropriate response and resolution to problems raised within the timeframes of the SLA by both engineer and trader.
2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the systems, utilising them to maximum capacity and identifying areas of improvement and jobs approaching expired SLAs.
3. Raise and issue IPOs for each engineer, ensuring this is communicated on time and followed up with accounts until the process is completed.
4. Actively participate in the daily meetings and daily completion reports, providing relevant updates and information regarding ongoing tasks.
5. Provide support to the Account Delivery Manager by compliance with the department processes and any additional ad-hoc requests as required, including immediate escalation of any issues.
6. Monitor, manage and support the quarantine process and database for allocated projects and ensure service levels are maintained and jobs do not go out of date, raising any concerns.
7. Identify and share ideas around areas of continuous improvement, looking at ways to streamline processes and support commercial and non-commercial projects.
8. Manage the ticket systems ensuring all tickets are answered and responded to within a set timeframe.
9. Ensure that Field Engineers are provided with the appropriate equipment, tools and stock to complete the jobs.
10. Attend weekly client meetings, and support the Account Delivery Managers complete briefs and client communication logs.
