Based in Orpington, Kent £32,000 per annum dependent on experience Our Chequers division are looking for an experienced Office Manager to manage the administration function for Chequers Grounds and Cleaning. You will deliver the highest levels of customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a smooth running of our contracts. Do you have previous management experience? Are you confident in speaking with all levels of stakeholders? Do you have strong IT skills including MS Excel? As Office Manager, you will be: Management Support for administration function Ensuring Helpdesk inbox is maintained and all customer and supplier enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner Support and production of key client and operational reports utilizing internal systems, to include monthly operational reporting Financial reporting and tracking Support with costing and re-costing of client contracts as required As Officer Manager, you’ll have: Great communication with demonstratable administration experience Efficient time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent presentation skills for all correspondence – client emails, letters, management reports. Computer literacy with the ability to effectively use CRM software programmes and Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word An “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude to all tasks.
