Finance Manager As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage the invoice finance facility, including monitoring receivables, reconciling accounts.
Develop strategies to optimise cash flow, considering the utilisation of the invoice finance facility alongside currency risk management.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Collaborate with relevant departments to create annual budgets and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Assess financial risks, including currency fluctuations and credit risks associated with the invoice finance facility.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support business growth, including expansion plans and investment opportunities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.
Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring their continued development and performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to streamline financial processes and support cross-functional initiatives.
