About the Role
Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE) is seeking a committed and highly organised Team Coordinator to support our Life Sciences investment team. This is a role for someone who finds absolute satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly - someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, ensuring meetings happen seamlessly, and making sure stakeholders feel well looked after.
This is a part-time role, ideally structured as reduced hours Monday to Friday. There is flexibility for hybrid working; however, when visitors are on-site, we rely on this role to be the face of OSE and provide a best-in-class hosting experience.

About You
We're seeking a Team Coordinator with experience in a high-level administrative role. We're looking for someone who is a proactive, ultra-organised problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities with efficiency, sharp judgement, and keen attention to detail. A confident communicator, you engage effortlessly with senior stakeholders, anticipate needs before they arise, and are able to adapt quickly to challenges.
