We are looking for an Adoption & Change Manager who is passionate about changing organisations and people’s behaviour with the goal of making working lives easier with Microsoft Cloud technology. As the Adoption & Change Manager you will be creating, developing, and executing adoption plans, creating eye-catching communications, creating, and delivering awareness and education sessions along with reviewing the success of customer adoption and planning for reinforcement. What you'll be delivering Working closely and collaboratively with Sales when planning adoption engagements Working closely with the Adoption and Change Management Team Lead to continually improve the Adoption and Change Management service offerings Planning and executing workshops (onsite, remote) with customers focused on Adoption and Change Management Preparing, documenting, executing and controlling adoption plans based on workshop outputs Preparing and documenting communication materials to boost end user adoption Preparing and documenting training materials to support awareness and education sessions to boost end user adoption Working with customers to plan their Transparity Training & Adoption Portal rollouts and our M365 Trainer to execute Delivering bespoke knowledge transfer sessions (1 to 1, small group sessions for all employee levels) Preparing, documenting, and executing champions programmes Planning and executing change & adoption review sessions, analyse customer consumption data, and prepare updates to adoption plans when reinforcement of change is required Logging, tracking and managing adoption project engagements following internal processes Working closely with Project Managers and Technology Consultants when required on projects to support technical readiness and user readiness Taking full ownership of project engagements and work collaboratively with customers to prepare and plan for change and execute their adoption of cloud services Regularly reviewing customer’s adoption of Microsoft 365 services, reporting back to the Adoption and Change Management Team Lead to advise on opportunities We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following Certified Change Management Practitioner (APMG or Prosci) Certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist (preferred not essential) Capability to deliver CoPilot workshops, preferably aligned with Microsoft-funded programs focused on Adoption and Change Versatility, adaptability, and quick thinking are an absolute must.
