About the role
We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager for our Meat & Meat alternatives team who can be based either in Ireland (hybrid working model) or the UK (home-based role).
Key responsibilities
* Manage stakeholder groups within one or more customers
* Achievement of sales budget and target on an annual basis
* Responsible for ensuring all price and commercial agreements are agreed with customers and aligned to Kerry strategies and fully implemented with the customer
* Responsible for driving availability and customer orders as well as Kerry service levels (order fulfillment through to accounts received)
* Actively work with Demand Planning to ensure that the customer sales forecast is accurately reflected in the business sales forecast
* Creating integrated plans that deliver the strategy supporting brand execution
* Accountable for customer performance, ensuring JBP is a working document bought into by all stakeholders and reflects and achieves sales, profit & brand objectives for Kerry
* Responsible for expert knowledge of their customer, its competitors and the market they operate in
* Responsible for the planning and development of customer promotions
* Accountable for the creation and maintenance of customer business plans (JBP’s)
* Responsible for the negotiation and delivery of the targeted customer trade rate for all activities
* Responsible for delivering accurate forecast working with demand planning
Qualifications and skills
* Previous experience in a food and beverage sales environment
* Knowledge of the food industry
