FJA are recruiting for an experienced Client Support Executive on behalf of our client. You will provide Administration and Customer Service support to all Customers, Accounts and internal teams.Benefits in the role of Client Support Executive:

Client Support Executive role:
1. Managing key customer relationships at all stages
2. Provide direction and support for our customers to manage their accounts / products effectively throughout the quote, order and delivery process.
3. Provide quotations where necessary, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for that client.
4. Meet agreed SLAs, ensuring that accountability is taken at all stages of the process within the required timescales and actions are delivered to a high standard.
5. Communicate with our customers at the end of their contract to encourage renewal
6. Undertake a range of essential administrative activities for new and existing customers.
