We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Distribution Operational Support Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution office by managing export consignments, coordinating logistics, completing and issuing customer orders documentation, and much more This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective distribution operations. Your main responsibilities will be: Transport booking for all Customer Orders including export consignments. Using SAP transactions to confirm invoicing is completed. Authorise and control transport bookings for exceptions and upgrades. Completion and issue of all customer orders documentation including pre advise, labels and delivery notes. Booking in deliveries with customers. Control the pick run process and the distribution of customer orders to the Operational team. Oversee the distribution of emails received into both the central Distribution Centre and the Homecare inboxes. General administrative tasks and control of Despatch documentation. What you'll need to succeed: Previous experience in an administrative role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem solving.
