How You'll Excel:
In this role, you'll excel by ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons through diligent supervision and swift response to
emergencies. Your proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team will contribute to the
smooth operation of our facility. By maintaining high safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in
facility maintenance, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all members of our community.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
We're looking for individuals with a current R.L.S.S. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or the willingness to obtain it. While
not required, desirable qualifications such as a First Aid Certificate and expertise in Pool Plant Operations will enhance your
ability to excel in this role. The ability to communicate with team members, members and the general public is essential for this
role.
