Overview
About the role: As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need. About you: Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
