Wellington Health & Fitness Club is currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual with experience in the leisure or hospitality industry to join the team on a part-time (18.25 hours per week) basis as Duty Manager.

About the role:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering the efficient and effective control of the daily operations and service of the Club, ensuring that security, general cleanliness, customer supervision, setups, and equipment checks are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure all pool safety and operating procedures are in place.
* Maintain all NOPs and housekeeping systems.
* Implement all Health & Safety requirements.
* Supervise all operational staff effectively to ensure quality customer service.
* Deal with membership enquiries.
* Administer First Aid as required.
Experience:
* 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in Leisure or hospitality.
