Glenholme Healthcare Group is a social care group with over 30 years of experience supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We provide support through our residential services, supported living schemes and via our outreach programmes. We also provide first-class nursing and residential care for the elderly including those with challenging behaviour or dementia.
