You will be the first point of contact for incoming referrals, working in a supportive team that thresholds and decides the best pathways for referrals within tight deadlines to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Although experience in MASH will definitely give you a head start, the team is happy to consider you if you have a demonstrable history of assessing and thresholding in a similarly paced children’s team.
Social Workers are offered a salary ranging from £37,938 to £45,718 based on experience.
The package includes:
1. an annual retention payment of £2,000
2. a relocation package of up to £8,000
3. Flexible working options, generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, and the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year provide added flexibility
