We’re hiring our first-ever Marketing Manager—someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing, has a razor-sharp eye for storytelling, and knows how to execute. What You’ll Be Doing As Kyra’s first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll set the strategy, create the playbook, and execute across multiple channels. 1. Own Our Story (Copywriting & Thought Leadership) Write like a pro. Craft everything from compelling case studies and industry reports to engaging LinkedIn posts. Turn insights into impact. Use data, trends, and success stories to position Kyra as a leader in influencer marketing. Shape our tone of voice. Ensure every piece of content—whether it’s a press release, a thought leadership article, or a social post—feels uniquely Kyra. 2. Elevate Our Brand (Influencer Marketing Expertise & Industry Positioning) Put Kyra on the map. Develop a PR and media strategy that keeps us in the industry conversation. Stay ahead of the curve. You know the influencer marketing space inside out—trends, platforms, creators, and what works. Grow our community. Own and manage our LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, building engagement and credibility. 3. Keep the Marketing Engine Running (Organisation & Execution) Plan, execute, and track. Own Kyra’s marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives are strategically rolled out. Optimise our website & SEO. Drive visibility, traffic, and lead generation through smart content and optimised search presence. Run events & partnerships. Identify opportunities for industry panels, webinars, and networking events that position Kyra as the leader in our space. Measure what matters. Track key marketing KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance insights. What We’re Looking For An incredible copywriter & storyteller—you can take complex ideas and make them engaging, insightful, and easy to understand. Deep experience in influencer marketing—you understand brand-creator dynamics, platform trends, and how to craft high-impact campaigns. Highly organised & execution-focused—you thrive on planning, structure, and making sure things happen on time and at a high standard. Strategic but hands-on—you can think big-picture but also roll up your sleeves to write a killer post, pitch a story, or refine a landing page. Self-starter mentality—this is a build-from-scratch role, so you need to be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning your domain. Bonus Points If… You have experience with media relations and securing press coverage. You’ve worked in a startup or scale-up and thrive in fast-moving environments.
