Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff supervision, inventory control, and cash handling
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, volunteers, and stakeholders
* Ensuring that all aspects of health and safety are met, including risk assessments and compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in cafe management, preferably in a similar environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* A strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices
