We are recruiting for a new team with a start date of 19th February 2024.
This role would suit anyone with some customer service experience gained within an office, retail, restaurant, or similar environment, who has a good eye for detail. This is an interesting role as it also involves investigating potential fraudulent activity.
You will be given full training and the role will include:
* Casting your eagle eye over insurance policies to check customer details are correct and making outbound calls to update and revise customers’ policy details, making any required adjustments or cancellations.
* Investigating all cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy inception.
* Investigating policies where quote manipulation is suspected prior to the inception of the policy.
* Answering customers’ questions over the phone, confirming details in the documents, and through email to resolve any queries.
What’s on offer: starting salary of £23,400 which increases after the probation period. Monday to Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with three days a week working from home once you’re trained and have passed probation. 25 days holiday, plus 8 flexible bank holidays, pension, and more!
