About The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Contracts Assistant to support the management and administration of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled, compliance is maintained, and effective communication is facilitated between all parties involved. The role includes monitoring performance, assisting with financial tracking, and supporting contract variations or amendments, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining and organizing contractual documentation, amendments, and records
* Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with their terms and conditions
* Assist with the review and administration of contract variations, changes, and extensions
* Track and report on service delivery performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Support audits, reviews, and assessments of contractor performance
* Assist in identifying risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
* Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external contractors
* Assist with stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and actions
