This role is available for an immediate start and focuses on providing tailored support to students facing significant behavioural challenges. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping these students manage their behaviours, overcome personal challenges, and reach their full potential in a nurturing, positive learning environment.
An essential aspect of this role is the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate physically challenging situations. This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in special education.
