IMultiply are delighted to be engaged by an exciting market leader in North Lanarkshire in their search for an interim Payroll Administrator for a 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension. The Role: This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards. Maintaining accurate payroll records, including adjustments, deductions, and tax calculations. Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries. Reconciling payroll accounts and ensuring data accuracy. Supporting the payroll team with audits and reporting as needed. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in payroll administration, with expertise in both weekly and monthly payrolls. Strong working knowledge of Sage Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. On Offer: Competitive hourly rate - equivalent to £30-33,000 p/a A collaborative work environment in a well-established company.
