Join us and be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team The Role We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and support the evolution of the pressurised tank planning department within the Dry Bulk business unit. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined environment, within a dynamic ambitious team focusing on customer centricity, planning and managing specialised equipment. Working as a member of the pressurised tank department, you will be responsible for: Tracking and planning equipment in accordance with specific product, customer and operational requirements Ensuring timely turnaround of the tanks to maximise utilisation Maintaining service levels for the customer Liaising with customers for order placement or any enquiries they may have Close coordination with suppliers to book the appropriate transportation to execute the order Tracking and planning the UK tank drivers to utilise them to full potential for earnings Equipment utilisation Actively working on / contributing to the CPA and P&L for tanks Ensuring seamless implementation of new business Recharge of any additional costs Arranging appropriate tank cleans, repairs and service Contribute towards the growth and innovation of the team enabling creative solutions to support continuous improvement Successful Candidates Will Have Prior experience in tank planning within the logistics industry Experience in a customer facing role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation and record keeping. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, drivers and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions and make informed decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using transportation management systems, database software and Microsoft Office suite to support administrative tasks and data analysis. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules and support the team during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. Ability to understand and empathise with the needs and concerns of team members, drivers and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
