Senior Practitioner: Children’s Social Care – Safeguarding
Are you looking for a new role with ambitious Social Workers to join a recently rated “outstanding” Ofsted authority?
Within this role you will be a part of an ambitious service alongside a small cluster team which offers you a strong transformation process to grow into the role. You will also have a very manageable caseload which is great for work/life balance.
Complex cases are shared equally across the team and you will be tasked to undertake risk analysis/risk assessment based on informed professional judgement and evidence as well as this you need to have good understanding of safeguarding thresholds to assess good knowledge of child development and permanency needs of children of all ages.
