Technology Sales Leader - Digital, Engineering, Cloud and Automation, IIoT, SaaS & Data
Responsibilities:
* Level 2 support of servers, networks, and end user devices
* Desktop and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) – build and Installation
* Remote support
* Logging and management of support requests and queues
* Documenting system procedures
* Active Directory, Office 365
* Support client firewalls and routers
* Liaise with Level 3 Engineers and Team Leaders on support issues and escalation
* Experience troubleshooting Windows workstation environments
* Understanding of Windows server environments (2003, 2008 Standard / Enterprise, Storage Server 2008, 2012 Standard / Essentials)
* Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
* Experience managing cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365
* Knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMWare: VSphere, ESXi & VMWare clusters
* Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, VPN / Tunneling, Routing, DNS)
Contract Details: This is a short-term contract (3 - 6 months) that may move to regular employment.
