The Role:

3. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain critical path progression.
4. Leverage advanced project management tools to optimize team performance and efficiency.
5. Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
6. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, cost cap regulations, and team values.
7. Act as a strategic communication hub between design, engineering, and operations teams.
8. Implement innovative solutions that drive transformational change.
