Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a motivated individual who can communicate effectively and use their excellent organisational skills to ensure assessments and reports are completed within timescales. In this role, you will manage data proactively, flag deadlines, and support colleagues to meet targets. You'll also respond to statutory requests for information within set timescales, involving trawling databases and preparing responses for the manager. Additionally, you will help drive quality assurance by supporting the team with the case management system and proactively develop systems that will support and complement the social work team. If you are passionate about making a difference and have a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you You will need great organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively confidence in using databases such as Liquidlogic Children's System (LCS) the ability to collate and understand data to support team performance to communicate effectively with partner agencies including sharing confidential data, reports and requests for information to understand basic safeguarding concerns that need to be escalated with social workers and management team. The team The team is responsible for undertaking social work assessments, S47 investigations, and supporting families where a child is in need or there is a child protection plan. The team works directly with children and families who present a range of complex needs. The team aims to balance staff wellness with achieving the best possible outcomes for children and parents.
