Client Services Executive / New Business Executive
Our client, an award winning Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their high performing practice in Manchester.
The firm is looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and can service new and existing clients that come into the firm to an exceptional standard.

In this position, you will be expected to be the the first point of contact for potential new clients and will help ensure the onboarding process is smooth and welcoming.
The Candidate:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to accurately enter data correctly when recording new enquiries
* Ability to use the Proclaim case management system (Desirable not essential)
* Proven track record of meeting KPI's
Role:
* Communicate effectively with both new clients and the internal legal teams and solicitors
* Obtain and process client and enquiry information accurately using the Proclaim case management system
* Escalate new enquiries to the relevant departments
* Support departments with file opening and the completion of KYC checks
