Job summary We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced practitioner prescriber to join our team in Gateshead. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a advanced practitioner in our Community Treatment team If that sounds like you we'd love to hear from you. This post is for half a day per week. There are a number of patients within the secondary care service that are stable on Lithium with no new side effects, complications or mental health symptoms. This role is to support this group of patients who are stable on Lithium to ensure this group of patients have continued prescribing and monitoring at the level of CTT. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Community Treatment Team and managing a caseload of service users with complex needs. Main duties of the job To prescribe and monitor for those patients stable on Lithium. This post will be split across Newcastle and Gateshead Community Treatment teams.
