Community. This BS9 school sees these children as the forefront of the school and relies on its staff being good role models for the young minds whose day you will be a vital part of. This BS9 school is located along a public bus route and has a car park on site. This is a part-time morning-only (8.30-12.30) role starting as soon as possible. Your new role: This role in Stoke Bishop consists of supporting the children's learning as they progress in their first school setting. In this reception class you will need to be patient and caring towards these children; empathy will be at the forefront of your work whilst also assisting the class teacher with setting up activities and outside learning. This Teaching Assistant role will consist of half days in the mornings and being with the children up until lunch. This role requires flexibility and a firm but caring character. Requirements to succeed in your new role: Previous experience working in a nursery/ pre-school setting Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position Previous experience with receiving children is desirable.
