We are excited to announce the development of a new Inclusion Leader role for September 2025 at Banister Primary. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with experience of leading SEND, to join our strong Senior Leadership Team. The position would ideally suit an experienced SENDCo looking to develop leadership prior to applying for AHT/DHT.
Within our inclusion role, you will be able to learn, develop and led Looked After Children, Pupil Premium and mental health. Banister Primary is committed to professional development, coaching and support.
