IT Field Service Engineer
We are hiring for an experienced IT Field Service Engineer to cover c24 sites across the West Midlands providing on-site IT support.
The successful applicant will be required to use their own car (mileage reimbursed at a higher-than-HMRC rate to cover wear and tear) to travel across all 24 sites to provide technical IT support spanning the following technologies and platforms: Windows 11, Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Intune & Autopilot, MDM tools, and open-source tech deployment. Familiarity with Apple, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware, HyperV, Citrix) is also required.
Your day-to-day will include managing service tickets, resolving technical faults, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Windows-based systems and associated cloud services. You will respond to incidents, manage connectivity issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide clear, jargon-free explanations to our users.
You should be a personable individual who is calm in demeanor and able to provide a first-class IT Support Service.
Candidates will need to have a Full UK (clean) driving licence and will need to go through an enhanced DBS.
