Person Specification - Geography Teacher
1. Hold a recognised teaching qualification in the UK, including QTS (or an appropriate overseas qualification leading to obtaining QTS).
2. Experience teaching a range of syllabus on the National Curriculum is an advantage.
3. Experience working in a high achieving secondary comprehensive school and ability to differentiate lessons.
4. Confidence in planning, preparing and delivering lessons for high ability pupils at GCSE.
5. Good behaviour management skills and ability to relate to students.
6. A good team player with a can-do attitude and sense of humour.
7. Ambitious and driven.
