Key responsibilities
1. Managing and operating the Bistro and running the service in accordance with the client requirements and G&G standards.
2. Responsible for the performance of the Bistro assistants and ensuring excellent customer service always provided in line with service excellence standards.
3. Complete and enter stock takes as per company guidance.
4. Complete ordering and manage stock levels on a weekly basis in line with menu.
5. Ensure daily food safety checks are completed and recorded.
