As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will assist the Associate/Projects Director or other defined line manager in business management, sales, and the running of a cost consultancy team and subsequent achievement of project and business goals.
What you will contribute to the Mott MacDonald team:
* Assist with the management of a Cost Consultancy team
* Take part in contract reviews relating to the contract with the customer
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports/liaison with sub-divisional manager
* Assist with securing new and repeat business in line with the sub-divisional budget
* Comply with QES system and Group/Unit directives
* Preparation of estimates and cost plans in line with the brief
* Potential to engage with line management duties
Required for the position Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject (or equivalent)
* Proven skills and experience of delivering within a Cost Consultancy
* Demonstrable track record of working in the management services environment
* Expertise in stakeholder management
* Flexibility in work location and travel
* Previous experience of working on nuclear projects preferred
