MARKETING DELIVERY EXECUTIVE
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 per annum
Reports to: Marketing Delivery Manager
Department: Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (we are open to Compressed Hours in this role)
Location: Stratford office w/ high-flex (1-2 days per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Marketing Delivery Executive. We need you to support Cancer Research UK's marketing function to execute best-in-class campaigns and help implement strategic marketing plans for a wide variety of campaigns and propositions.
What will I be doing?
* Supporting the campaign set-up and management process across channels in response to briefs, including auditing campaign assets prior to launch
* Working with data selections, digital marketing and social teams to deliver data and digital campaign set-up requirements
* Working with UX experts to deliver pre-launch test and learn initiatives, sharing findings with stakeholders and optimise activity based on results
* Supporting all aspects of campaign delivery to time and budget whilst meeting agreed KPIs
* Working with email & SMS, social and marketing apprentice teams to deliver email, SMS, social and other specialist digital marketing activity
* Conducting in-campaign and post-campaign analysis, sharing learnings and recommendations to improve activity with relevant stakeholders
* Taking a future-facing view of marketing trends and developments to ensure Cancer Research UK’s marketing communications stay ahead of the curve.
What skills will I need?
* Experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis
* Understanding of end-to-end supporter (or customer) journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
* Data-driven with an understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation
* Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks to deadline
* Proven success of good stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively
* Passionate marketer with an interest in external trends and developments
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
