Role: Senior Support Worker
Location: The Poplars, Mirfield (WF14 0DQ)
Salary: £13.54/hr
Hours: 22.5 - 37.5hrs per week (this will include alternate weekend working)
Shift times: 7am - 2:30pm or 2pm - 9:30pm Longer shifts also available. All roles include alternate weekend working.
The Poplars in Mirfield is home to 12 amazing adults with a range of disabilities and positive behaviour support needs. The vibrant and supportive team would love some enthusiastic and caring people to join them. Could this be you?
How will you support our adults?
1. Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
2. Promoting person-centred, high quality care
3. Conducting supervisions and one-to-ones with staff
4. Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation
5. Administering and auditing medication(s)
