Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to hire a Client Support Administrator for a senior financial practice firm. As a people-focused firm with a close-knit team, our client are recruiting for a independent individual with strong administrative experience and a background in finance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Engaging and communicating effectively with high-clientele and prospects
2. Assisting with the onboarding process of clients, managing deadlines and updating profiles
3. Professional mannerism to provide and uphold the ultimate client experience
4. Liaising with the technical department to ensure queries are tracked and delivered in a timely manner
5. Working closely with the managing director to prepare client review meetings and adhere to a set schedule
6. Being the first point of contact and demonstrating a professional telephone manner for inbound and outbound calls
7. Managing own projects assigned by the Practice Manager
8. Supporting the marketing promotions and social media platforms
The successful candidate:
9. open to learning and growing long term with the practice
10. Having a “can do” proactive attitude
11. Knowledge and experience in financial services
12. 2 years in a similar administrative role
13. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
