This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing pricing and product enquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth within a portfolio of accounts. The company hold a strong reputation for quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. Proactively address client enquiries, concerns, and feedback. Visit/meet with clients periodically to strengthen relationships, address specific needs, and explore new opportunities Pricing, Product, and Shipping Management: Respond to client enquiries regarding pricing, product details, and availability. Provide clear and accurate information about shipping timelines and delivery options. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of pricing or shipping issues. Communicate updates on product changes, promotions, or availability to clients. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and goals. Ensure clients are aware of new products, services, or updates relevant to their business. Account Monitoring and Reporting: Track account performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Prepare regular reports on account activity, client feedback, and performance metrics. Problem Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and address them promptly to maintain client satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
