About the Role
As the Global Customer Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer service functions. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, you'll oversee and optimise processes across international teams in the UK, North America, France, and The Netherlands. With around 50 direct and indirect reports, this is an opportunity to make a real impact by implementing modern technologies, improving efficiency, and creating a future-proofed excellence driven customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a holistic customer service strategy.
* Lead and inspire global teams, fostering a proactive and high-performance culture.
* Introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and automation.
* Streamline processes and establish synergies between operations and teams.
* Set and monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
* Manage sales administration processes, from lead generation to after sales satisfaction.
* Liaise across departments to support sales, marketing, and operational goals.
What We're Looking For
* Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in driving organisational development and process improvement.
* International Expertise: Experience in global markets, especially the UK, US, Canada, and continental Europe. French and/or German language skills would be a plus (but not a pre-requisite)
* Leadership: Skilled at managing and motivating diverse, international teams.
* Tech-Savvy Innovator: Experience with CRM, ERP systems and process automation. Our current systems are Dynamics CRM and IFS ERP.
* Customer-Centric: Passionate about creating a world-class customer service experience.
