Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Building Safety Compliance Team at Community Housing.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Safety Compliance Manager to deliver and effectively manage Community Housing's fire, asbestos, water, and estate safety in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and manage fire, asbestos, water, and estate safety initiatives
* Collaborate with the Safety Compliance Manager to develop and implement safety strategies
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £38,954
