This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience who's eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
What you can expect to be getting up to as a Cisco Sales Specialist:
1. Serve as the go-to expert on Cisco's offerings for both internal teams and external clients.
2. Build lasting relationships and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
3. Provide pricing, quotations, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
4. Follow up on sales leads, identifying opportunities to grow our business.
5. Resolve queries promptly while showcasing your commercial acumen to secure deals.
6. Deliver sales forecasts and business updates to the Product Manager.
7. Manage and monitor deal progress, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
8. Stay ahead of the game by maintaining expertise on services, marketing, and product knowledge.
9. Support sales-focused initiatives both at Ingram Micro and with customers.
In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
1. Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
2. Outstanding communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Motivation to continuously learn and adapt to new technology in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
5. A desire to enhance and improve systems, processes, and customer experiences.
