Compliance Manager, West Midlands, Salary - £50k - This varied and interesting role is to support the COLP, MLCO and management team in managing risk and compliance within regulatory requirements. JOB REF: TL8938
• This role will suit individuals with a keen interest in risk and compliance, complaints handling and AML with an analytical mindset and a solution-based approach to solving problems.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and updating complaints, claims, breaches and risk registers, preparing preliminary decisions on complaints, overseeing and ensuring continuing competence records are updated and completed and answering AML queries from Fee-Earners and other staff.
• Preferably you will have compliance experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ideally you will have experience in a law firm environment providing legal support to fee earners.
