At CrossReach, we have been providing vital care and support services across Scotland for over 150 years. We are now looking for a Business Support Project Administrator to join our team and help drive forward key projects that make a real impact in people’s lives.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of tender projects across our organisation. You will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate project activities, and assist the Business Support teams in achieving their goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in project planning and coordination
2. Maintaining accurate records and reports
3. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
4. Organising meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence
5. General administrative tasks
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and multitasking skills, experience in an administrative or project support role, and excellent communication abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
