Internal Sales Agent
Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Model: Onsite for the first 6 months (training period), with potential for hybrid working thereafter.
Calor is looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Agent to join our team in Tachbrook Park, Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your success is rewarded, and your career can flourish.
We are committed to providing comprehensive training to set you up for success, including thorough onboarding and system training to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need. Additionally, this role offers a rewarding commission structure, giving you the opportunity to directly benefit from your achievements and hard work.
You will also have the chance to travel off-site on rare occasions to conduct training and collaborate with technical teams, adding variety and growth opportunities to your role.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Agent, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, handling inbound calls, responding to email and web inquiries, and following up on warm leads.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries about LPG, Calor products, and services.
* Maximise sales opportunities in both domestic and commercial markets, contributing to marketing campaigns and gaining new business.
* Occasionally make outbound calls based on qualified data (no cold calling).
* Manage customer accounts, update our CRM database, and assist with scheduling sales appointments.
* Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to resolve customer issues and provide energy-saving advice.
About You
* Full UK Driving License
* Customer Service or Sales Experience: Ideally, from a call centre or retail background.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional and empathetic approach.
* Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Systems Experience: Full Microsoft Office suite experience. Salesforce, SAP, or DocuSign is a plus, but training will be provided.
