Job Description As a Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our customers. Your role is instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence in parcel collection and delivery services. The timely and professional execution of your duties is paramount to our success. Key responsibilities include: Represent DPD with professionalism during all customer interactions. Adhere strictly to collection and delivery schedules, ensuring punctuality at all times. Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle in full compliance with road safety regulations. Efficiently manage a daily workload of approximately 50-60 collection and delivery points. Assist in the meticulous loading of parcels at the depot prior to commencing your route. Utilise provided equipment, such as the sack barrow/hand truck, to safely handle heavier items. Maintain accurate records of all collections and deliveries. Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to the relevant supervisory staff. Consistently uphold DPD's standards of customer service excellence. Ensure the security and integrity of all parcels in your care throughout your shift. This role demands a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your performance directly impacts the company's reputation and operational efficiency. Qualifications What we’re looking for: To be considered for the role you must have: A valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card) and CPC accreditation
