Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for a varied role within a growing packaging supplier? Our client, a well-established business in Royston, is looking for a Production & Sales Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer orders, handling enquiries via phone and email
* Process and place customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Provide quotes based on dimensions and measurements in line with customer requirements
* Liaise with internal production teams to ensure orders meet deadlines and specifications
* Assist with designs and work instructions to ensure smooth production processes
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
* Record and store technical drawings for future reference
What They're Looking For:
* Previous experience in administration and customer service
* Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
